ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIFTH CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT
26 July 2010 (1)
(Rectification)
In Case T-352/09,
Novácke chemické závody, a.s.,
applicant,
v
European Commission,
defendant,
1 On 24 June 2010 the President of the Fifth Chamber of the General Court made an order on the basis of which the Slovak Republic was granted leave to intervene in Case T-352/09.
2 In the first paragraph of the order as well as in the first point of its operative part, it was stated by mistake that the application to intervene was made in support of the form of order sought by the defendant and, as a consequence, the applicant to intervene was admitted to intervene in support of the form of order sought by the defendant, while the intervention was requested in support of the form of order sought by the applicant.
3 The first paragraph of the order and the first point of its operative part contain a clerical error that has to be rectified in accordance with Article 84(1) of the Rules of Procedure.
On those grounds,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIFTH CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT
hereby orders:
1. The first paragraph of the order of 24 June 2010 shall read:
‘By document lodged at the Registry of the General Court on 25 November 2009, the Slovak Republic applied for leave to intervene in the present proceedings in support of the form of order sought by the applicant’.
2. The first paragraph of the operative part of the order of
24 June 2009 shall read: ‘The Slovak Republic is granted leave to intervene in Case T-352/09 in support of the form of order sought by the applicant’.
Luxembourg, 26 July 2010.
