    Moor J:

  1. In the particular circumstances of this case, and having heard the representations that have been made to me by all the parties, I do take the view that this is an appropriate case to take place in private and I therefore so direct. I do so, in particular, because of the express wishes of RD that the intensely personal matters that are being discussed in relation to her health should not take place in public.
  2. I make it clear that the one member of the public who joined the remote hearing understood this and willingly withdrew. Nevertheless, if any other member of the public seeks to apply to join this hearing, they are not to be admitted.
