CERTIFICATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH REG 29(3)

Both the Appellant and Respondent made an Application to the President under Regulation 25(1) to review the Decision of the Tribunal dated 27 June 2008.

The President nominated a new Panel to review the Decision. The Panel has reviewed the decision and under Reg 26(1) and Reg 29(3) it has varied the decision. The revised decision is attached with the variation to the original decision in bold.
