Judge Purle:
1. An Inquiry and Account as to what part or parts of the Farm have already been disposed of, whether by way of sale or otherwise, and the rents and profits thereof.
2. The damages payable to the Claimant by the First and/or Second Defendants for breach of trust, and any interest payable thereon.
3. Whether the Claimant enjoys a tenancy of the Farm or any part of it protected by the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.
4. Whether the Farm should be sold, and, if so, how.
5. Whether the Farm should be partitioned, and, if so, how.
"By no later than 4pm 15 June 2009 the Claimant and the First and Second Defendants shall each properly comply with their obligation to make ongoing disclosure in respect of their trusteeship and management and control of the Farm since 18 December 1996, and their dealings with it, including but not limited to specific disclosure of the following categories of documents:
1. all documents relating to the use of the Farm or any part of it as security for an advance to them or to a company under their control of approximately £1.1 million in or about November 2002, the subsequent application of those moneys, and the profits therefrom;
2. all documents relating to the sales, dispositions of, or other dealings with the Farm or part of it;
3. all communications with the Environment Agency or any other statutory or regulatory bodies regarding the use and/or despoliation of the Farm or any part of it;
The Claimant and the First and Second Defendants shall make such disclosure by each filing and serving a Disclosure List in Form N265, verified by a Statement of Truth, and providing copies of all documents disclosed."
