Muhammad Waqas v Bikram Joshi (Charges and charging orders : Construction) [2017] UKFTT 640 (PC) (18 July 2017)
The judge directed the registrar to cancel the Applicant's application to cancel a unilateral notice, which protected the Respondent's rights as equitable charge, despite arguments to the effect that the charge was statute-barred, unenforceable, or was liable to be rectified.
