Neutral Citation Number [2017] UKFTT 811 (PC). Whether trustee in bankruptcy entitled to a restriction over property in joint names. The bankrupt relied on a written agreement. Held that, on a true construction of the agreement, the bankrupt retained a future or contingent beneficial interest in the property and therefore the trustee was entitled to register the restriction.
