Warrington Borough Council v Eysis Limited (Alteration and rectification of the register : Mistake) [2018] UKFTT 212 (PC) (07 March 2018)
The Respondent bought land at auction from the Applicant - whether all the land in a particular title had been sold - application to alter the title by removing part - mistake had been caused partly by the use of a form TR1 instead of a TP1 - held that contract and transfer, properly construed, referred only to part of the land.
