this application, which is in the same form as that in Anthony Duncan's case,
Miss Ring has not made submissions or adduced evidence different to that in
Anthony Duncan's case. She has adopted the arguments of Mr. McEntee in that
regard so the same Orders will be made in this case as were made in Anthony
Duncan's case.
