I, Caoimhghin O h-Uigin, Minister for Justice, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 12 of the Censorship of Films Act, 1923 , and Section 7 of the Censorship of Films (Amendment Act, 1925 , and of all other powers in this behalf enabling me do hereby make the following regulations :—

1.—A facsimile copy or reproduction of the certificate granted by the Official Censor under the Act shall be incorporated in every film of the picture to which such certificate relates in such manner that such copy or reproduction can be exhibited in the same manner as the picture itself.

2.—At every exhibition in public of a picture in respect of which a certificate has been granted by the Official Censor under the Act, the facsimile copy or reproduction of such certificate shall be exhibited immediately before and in the same manner as the picture itself is exhibited and not less than fifteen feet of film shall be used in such exhibition.

3.—Every person who exhibits in public by means of a cinematograph or similar apparatus any picture, and does not exhibit in the prescribed manner the facsimile copy or reproduction of the certificate granted by the Official Censor in respect of such picture shall be guilty of an offence against these regulations and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding £5 for each such offence.

4.—The Censorship of Films (Exhibition of Censor's Certificate) Regulations, 1924, are revoked.

5.—These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1926.

6.—These regulations may be cited as " The Censorship of Films (Exhibition of Censor's Certificate) Regulations, 1926."
