THE PUBLIC HOSPITALS (AMENDMENT) ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1938.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

WHEREAS by sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1938 , it is enacted that the Act shall come into operation on such day as may be appointed for the purpose by Order of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the power conferred on him by the said sub-section hereby orders and appoints as follows, that is to say:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Order, 1938.

2. The Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1938 , shall come into operation on the 6th day of August, 1938.
