WIDOWS' AND ORPHANS' PENSIONS (DATE OF PUBLICATION OF CENSUS) ORDER, 1938. | ||
The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Act, 1937 (No. 11 of 1937), hereby orders as follows :— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions (Date of Publication of Census) Order, 1938. | ||
2. The date of publication of the result of the census of population taken in the year 1936 is hereby certified to be the 20th day of June, 1938. | ||
