No. 215/1939:

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) ACT, 1939 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1939.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) ACT, 1939 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1939.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of seection 1 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939), that that Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Agriculture shall by order appoint :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (Commencement) Order, 1939.

2. The Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1939.

Given under my Seal of Office this 8th day of August, 1939.
