LOCAL AUTHORITIES (OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1940 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT ORDER, 1941.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 2 of the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Act, 1940, hereby orders as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Act, 1940 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1941.

2. The Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Act, 1940, shall come into operation on the first day of November, 1941.
