CENTRAL BANK ACT, 1942 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1942.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 3 of the Central Bank Act, 1942 (No. 22 of 1942), that the Minister for Finance shall by order appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act :

NOW, I, SEÁN T. Ó CEALLAIGH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Central Bank Act, 1942 (No. 22 of 1942), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank Act, 1942 (Appointed Day) Order, 1942.

2. The 1st day of February, 1943, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Central Bank Act, 1942 (No. 22 of 1942).
