I SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 15 and section 36 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Accounts and Audit) Order, 1943, and the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Accounts and Audit) Orders, 1927 and 1929, and this Order may be cited together as the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Accounts and Audit) Orders, 1927 to 1943.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. In this Order the expression " the Principal Order " means the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Accounts and Audit) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 67 of 1927 ).

4. Sub-clause (3) of Clause 6 of the Principal Order is hereby revoked, and in lieu thereof it is herebby ordered that the general receipt book to be kept by every board of conservations shall be in the Form C.A. 13 in the Schedule to this Order.

5. Clause 8 of the Principal Order is hereby revoked and in lieu thereof it is hereby ordered that the rates demand note and receipt book to be kept by every board of conservators shall be in the Form C.A. 3 in the Schedule to this Order and the several sheets in each such book shall be numbered consecutively in print and in such manner that the number alloted to each sheet shall appear on each of the five divisions of such sheet, that is to say on (a) the counterfoil, (b) the form of receipt for first moiety, (c) the form of receipt for second moiety, (d) the form of demand for first moiety, and (e) the form of demand for secondm moiety.

6.—(1) Clause 17 of the Principal Order is hereby amended by the insertion after the words " in the officers of such board " of the words " or in such other place as the Minister may, if he so think fit, direct " and the said clause shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

(2) The Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution of the Form C.A. 10 in the Schedule to this Order for the Form C.A. 10 in the Schedule to the Principal Order, and Clause 16 of the Principal Order shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
