DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1943. | ||||||||
I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:— | ||||||||
1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1943. | ||||||||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. | ||||||||
3. In this Order the expression " the Principal Order " means the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 ( S. R. & O. No. 254 of 1936 ). | ||||||||
4. The Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution of the area specified in the Schedule to this Order for the area specified in Part II of the Schedule to the said Principal Order. | ||||||||

The area consisting of— | ||||||||
the county borough of Dublin, | ||||||||
the administrative counties of | ||||||||
| ||||||||
the parts of the administrative county of Wexford comprising the urban district of Enniscorthy, and | ||||||||
the rural districts of Enniscorthy and Gorey (including the town of Gorey) as constituted immediately before the 1st day of October, 1925. | ||||||||
