WILD BIRDS (COUNTY MONAGHAN) ORDER, 1945.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 2 of the Wild Birds Protection Act, 1930 (No. 16 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wild Birds (County Monaghan) Order, 1945.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. No person shall kill or take in the county of Monaghan any swan during any period (other than and in addition to the close time) of any of the years 1946 and 1947.
