NATIONAL STUD ACT, 1945 (APPOINTMENT OF TRANSFER DATE) ORDER, 1946.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the National Stud Act, 1945 (No. 31 of 1945), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the National Stud Act, 1945 (Appointment of Transfer Date) Order, 1946.

2. The 31st day of August, 1946, is hereby appointed to be the transfer date for the purposes of the National Stud Act, 1945 (No. 31 of 1945).
