VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEES (AGE LIMIT FOR OFFICERS) ORDER, 1947. | ||
I, TOMÁS Ó DEIRG, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 6 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 1944 (No. 9 of 1944), do by this Order declare as follows :— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Vocational Education Committees (Age Limit for Officers) Order, 1947. | ||
2. The age of sixty-five years shall be the age limit for any office under a vocational education committee, the holder of which is entitled by law to a superannuation allowance on his resigning or otherwise ceasing to hold office. | ||
