AGRICULTURAL CREDIT ACT, 1947 (PART II) (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1947.

I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947), and after consultation with the Agricultural Credit Corporation, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 (Part II) (Appointed Day) Order, 1947.

2. The 1st day of November, 1947, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947).
