I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 , (No. 4 of 1946), hereby make the following regulation :

1. This regulation may be cited as the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 (Notice under Section 32 (2)) Regulation, 1947.

2. The form in the Schedule hereto is the form to be used for the purpose of subsection (2) of section 32 of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 .

SCHEDULE.

Notice under section 32 (2) of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 , of confirmation of Provisional Order to be served on the landlord and the tenant.
