CUSTOMS DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS SUSPENSIONS) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. Article 3 of the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 105 of 1947 ), as amended, is hereby revoked as on and from the 22nd day of January, 1948. |
||
|
