I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 13 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1947 (No. 46 of 1947), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Act, 1947 (Section 13) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of April, 1948, is hereby appointed for the purposes of subsection (6) of section 13 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1947 (No. 46 of 1947). |
||
