		EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 46) ORDER, 1940 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1948.
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 4 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows:--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 46) Order, 1940 (Revocation) Order, 1948.
		2. The Emergency Powers (No. 46) Order, 1940, is hereby revoked.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government this ninth day of April, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-eight.
