I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 25 of the Social Welfare Act, 1948 (No. 17 of 1948), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1948 (Section 25 (1), Commencement) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. Subsection (1) of Section 25 of the Social Welfare Act, 1948 (No. 17 of 1948), shall come into operation on the 4th day of October, 1948. |
||
