EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 323) ORDER, 1944 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1949. |

The Government, in exercise of the Powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22. of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 323) Order, 1944 (Revocation) Order, 1949. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 17th day of January, 1949. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 323) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 148 of 1944), is hereby revoked. |
||
|
