The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1949. |
||
|
2. JOHN A. COSTELLO, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute, during the period commencing on the 27th day of September, 1949, and ending on the 24th day of October, 1949 (being a period during which SEAN MAC EOIN, Minister for Justice, will. be unable to discharge the duties of his said office), the office of Minister for Justice. |
