LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF WICKLOW) ORDER, 1950. |

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948), hereby orders as follows :-- |

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (County Health District of Wicklow) Order, 1950. |
||
|
(2) Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the County Health District of Wicklow on the 7th day after the date of this Order. |
||
|
