EMERGENCY POWERS (Nos. 90 and 316) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1950.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946) and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Nos. 90 and 316) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1950.

2.--(1) The following Orders are hereby revoked :--

(a) the Emergency Powers (No. 90) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O., No. 274 of 1941), and

(b) the Emergency Powers (No. 316) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O., No. 86 of 1944).

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1950.
