EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Second Amendment) Order, 1950. |
||
2. (1) The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., No. 156 of 1944) is hereby amended by the deletion of all matter contained at reference number 9 in Part II of the Third Schedule. |
||
(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the revocation of the Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 37) Order, 1934 (S. R. & O., No. 160 of 1934). |
||
