S.I. No. 233/1950:

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950.

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Second Amendment) Order, 1950.

2. (1) The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., No. 156 of 1944) is hereby amended by the deletion of all matter contained at reference number 9 in Part II of the Third Schedule.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the revocation of the Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 37) Order, 1934 (S. R. & O., No. 160 of 1934).
