EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 157) ORDER, 1942 (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows : |
|||||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Eighth Amendment) Order, 1951. |
|||||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 96 of 1942), shall have effect as if there were inserted, at the end of the Schedule thereto, the following-- |
