PUBLIC HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1907 (APPLICATION OF PART VII TO COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF WATERFORD) ORDER, 1952. |

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, and to every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :-- |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health Act Amendment Act, 1907 (Application of Part VII to County Health District of Waterford) Order, 1952. |
||
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order. |
||
|
3. Part VII of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, is hereby declared to be in force in the County Health District of Waterford. |
||
|
