CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1952.

I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Acting Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, testified by his official seal affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations:--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1952.

2. The orders referred to in the Schedule hereto shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

SCHEDULE.

The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 16 of 1952 ).

The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 37 of 1952 ).
