The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section Thirteen of the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and of every other power enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations amending the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1923, hereinafter referred to as the Principal Regulations and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1924, together with the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1929, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1937, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1938, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1939, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1943, and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1951.

1. As from Monday, the fifteenth day of September nineteen hundred and fifty-two the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby substituted for the Schedule to the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1951.
|
|
|
2. These Regulations shall be construed together with and as part of the Principal Regulations and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1924, 1929, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1943 and 1951, and may be cited as the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1952.
|
|
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Finance, this 30th day of August in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-two.
