		S.I. No. 272/1952: MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY AND PRICE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.
		MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY AND PRICE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.
		I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952), hereby order as follows :
		1. This Order may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (Commencement) Order, 1952.
		2. The 1st day of October, 1952, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952), shall come into operation.
