I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1953 (No. 17 of 1953), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Great Northern Railway Board Establishment Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. The Great Northern Railway Board shall stand established on the 1st day of September, 1953, being the date agreed upon in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 6 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1953 . |
||
