MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT, 1927 (APPLICATION OF SECTION 26) ORDER, 1953. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 26 of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (No. 25 of 1927), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :-- |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (Application of Section 26) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. Section 26 of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (No. 25 of 1927), shall apply to the Province of Saskatchewan. |
||
|
