WHEREAS Seán MacEntee, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office : |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) (No. 2) Order, 1954. |
||
|
2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance during the period commencing on the 1st day of March, 1954, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1954. |
||
|
