MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) (NO. 3) ORDER, 1954

WHEREAS James Everett, Minister for Justice, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) (No. 3) Order, 1954.

2. John A. Costello, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice during the period commencing on the 7th day of July, 1954, and ending on the 20th day of July, 1954.
