I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Grass Seed (Regulation of Export) Order, 1954. |
||
|
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of September, 1954. |
||
|
3. The export of grass seed save under and in accordance with a licence in that behalf issued under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), is hereby prohibited. |
||
