WHEREAS Seán MacEoin, Minister for Defence, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office : |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Minister for Defence (Agency) (No. 2) Order, 1954. |
||
|
2. Liam Cosgrave for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Defence during the period commencing on the 13th day of October, 1954, and ending on the 16th day of October, 1954. |
||
|
