I, BRENDAN CORISH, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 (No. 16 of 1955), hereby order as follows : |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 (Appointed Day) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of September, 1955, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purpose of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 . |
||
