I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Part VIII of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and on the application of the Dublin Port and Docks Board, hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Harbour Works Order, 1950 (Amendment) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2. The works authorised by the Dublin Harbour Works Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 282 of 1950 ), shall be completed within six years from the commencement of that Order, Article 4 of which is accordingly revoked. |
||
