I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Factories Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Factories Act, 1955 (Commencement) Order, 1956. |
||
|
2. The Factories Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1956. |
||
|
