HEALTH AUTHORITIES (BORROWING POWERS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1958.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 103 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), as amended by section 42 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) (Amendment) Order, 1958.

2. The Schedule to the Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 211 of 1955 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of " 120,000 " for " 80,000 " opposite " Rathdown Board of Assistance " therein.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order, which amends the Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 211 of 1955 ), is to increase the borrowing limit for Rathdown Board of Assistance from £80,000 to £120,000.
