I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930), hereby order as follows:--
|
|
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1958.
|
|
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
|
|
|
3. Each coursing club mentioned in the Schedule to this Order which is affiliated to the organisation commonly called and known as the Irish Coursing Club is hereby declared to be a recognised coursing club for the purposes of Part I of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930).
|
|
|
4. The Game Preservation Act, 1930 (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1956, is hereby revoked.
|
|
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
|
|
|
This Order declare each of the clubs affiliated to the Irish Coursing Club at the time of the making of the Order to be a recognised coursing club for the purposes of Part 1 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 . This Order supersedes a similar Order made in 1956 (S. I. 204 of 1956).
