I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act, 1960 (No. 15 of 1960), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act, 1960 (Commencement) Order, 1960. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of November, 1960, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act, 1960 (No. 15 of 1960), shall come into operation. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
