I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 9 of the Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Juries Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961), shall come into operation on the 15th day of September, 1961. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
