UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (EXTENSION OF AREA OF APPLICATION) (No. 3) ORDER, 1961.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Extension of Area of Application) (No. 3) Order, 1961.

2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the urban district of Macroom in the county of Cork.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is that the area of application of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 is extended to the urban district of Macroom.
