WHEAT LEVY (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1962.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and after consultation with An Bord Gráin, hereby order as follows :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Wheat Levy (Amendment) Order, 1962.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of October, 1962.

2. Paragraph 2 of the Wheat Levy Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 124 of 1962 ), shall cease to have effect.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order provides for cessation of levy on purchases of wheat of the 1962 crop made on or after 8th October, 1962.
